Applicants are requested to pay their participation fee before September 22nd 2018.
Cancellation policy: 50 € will be retained on every cancellation for management costs.
A penalty fee of 200 € is applied (in addition to the 50 € fee) for every cancellation done within one month prior to the starting date of the workshop.
No reimbursement will be done to participants not cancelling before 2 weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop.
The registered individual has the option of naming a substitute to attend in his/her place without penalty fee.
