Nicolas Zanoni (Paris, France, 1995) is a French designer of Argentinian origin based between Paris and Brussels. His multidisciplinary practice lies between design and sculpture, focusing on experimental transformations of industrial materials such as aluminium and polystyrene. Embracing accident and improvisation, Zanoni creates irregular, often unique objects that blur the line between function and abstraction. His works, ranging from chairs and lamps to side tables and shelves, combine fragility and strength, inviting tactile curiosity. Through labor-intensive processes he calls “trickery,” he explores decontextualisation, memory, and play, fostering new relationships between people and objects.
