This book is dedicated to the work of Anna Resei, as part of a series of monographs on the thought and work of young contemporary designers.
Anna Resei stands out for a visual language where patterns and color engage with both strength and sensitivity. Her creations inhabit the threshold between abstraction and function, giving shape to interior objects that are never mere tools, but conceptual presences imbued with meaning. Each work is an invitation to reconsider the ordinary, to glimpse the thought that lies beneath the surface of matter.
Illustrated by a rich photographic series, the book presents the results of Resei’s creative thought through a selection of projects, interviews and critical texts.
Written by Barbara Brondi & Marco Rainò, the volume recounts the experience of IN Residence’s Design Residency #4, inspired by the theme “Enigmatic Refractions”, of which Resei was the protagonist, alongside Ferréol Babin.
